Welcome to CHO (Cassie’s Home Organizing)! Thank you for visiting my site, I’m Cassie and I love the outdoors, surfing, traveling, coffee, friendly dogs, reading, and of course ORGANIZING! Many who know me, describe me as “the most organized person they have ever met”. They may also use adjectives such as cheerful, kind, and maybe a little nerdy; I am a biologist after all!
I have a B.S. in Biology from San Diego State University which has brought me fulfilling work. I have gone on a research expedition to Antarctica, lead a botany project in the Channel Islands, and worked in many of our gorgeous habitats here in San Diego. One of my strengths brought to theses projects was a new level of organization. I would organize daily productivity for a team of biologists, redo filing systems to make them more efficient, and constantly organize office and lab space. I saw how much of a difference this made in our working lives. No more time was wasted during daily tasks, everyone knew where to file paperwork, and our office and lab space brought a sense of calm rather than chaos. Overtime, these positive changes in my work environment fueled me and ultimately lead me to start this company. After many years as a biologist, I put it on the side so I can dedicate my time helping others with this company.
I started this company because I love helping others turn their unsightly areas that cause them stress, into beautiful and efficient spaces. I get satisfaction knowing I can make a busy life easier!
Organizing is a part of who I am and something that won’t turn off. I grew up organizing and absolutely love the positive impact it makes in people’s lives. Since starting this company I have worked with busy moms, small business owners, people with injuries, hardworking professionals, retirees, and those that say they are just missing the ‘organizing gene’. With my background in science, I set myself apart from the rest by bringing my systematic mind. This helps me get creative and make practical sense of the spaces in your home. I am all about design and aesthetics, but it also has to be sustainable and suitable for your lifestyle.
